This is going be a long, but interesting entry so I hope you enjoy it.
Friday nite I went over Katie's and was watched "Atlantis" which neither of us had seen. It wasn't much of a kid’s movie, but it was okay. I was going to go home after than and then go stay the nite at Jared's, but he wanted to go play pool with Brad so I decided that I would go see Pennylane with Katie. Courtney and I followed Katie downtown and she picked up her friend Kurt then we went to Club Awesome... Of course, we got really lost on the way there...
Ben was at the show which was kinda weird and Rick was there. It was crazy cuz I met so many new people. Pennylane rocked my world. They are amazing. I love them. Not to mention they are the nicest group of boys I have ever met! All the bands that played were pretty good, but we spent the majority of time talking to people. This guy from my writing class was there and he introduced me to all of his friends. I think I met at least half of the people in the venue.
After the show about twenty of us went over to Pennylane's house to hangout. Ben and I spent an hour or so just talking and hanging out which was nice. I just wish I knew when he was lying to me... Besides that, we played the name game and unfortunately I can't remember even half of them. The rest of the nite was Courtney, Katie, Laine (Pennylane's singer/guitarist), and me just hanging out and talking. The other guitarist (I can't remember his name) played acoustic guitar and sang everything form Pennylane to Backstreet Boys songs. Laine and him have amazing voices. It was just a real feel good nite and I wish it wouldn't have ever ended.
Saturday was Valentines Day which kinda sucked, but I don't want to dwell on the bad so I won't even talk about what happened.
I went shopping for Jared's anniversary/Valentines present and Katie's birthday present. Since I used a gift card to buy their presents I had money left over and bought "Punk Goes Acoustic" which has an amazing acoustic version of "Cute Without the 'E' (Cut from the Team)". I spent the nite at Jared’s and we watched "Say Anything"
Today I had lunch with my family and I'm still just living in the glow of Friday nite. Pennylane is playing again on Thursday and I wouldn't miss it for the world.
Well, this wasn't as long as I thought it would be because I left out all the bad stuff the happened, but that's for the best. Love you all <333
